I'm addicted to building. I love to take individual items from all over the web and put them together to make something new. My guarantee is that my lots will be playable. We all know that Sims don't watch TV sideways, don't need more than about two counters and could care less about random seating scattered around their 5x5 mansion. I will always have one or two good lines of sight, and a minimum of scrolling. The interiors will be interesting to look at and designed for actual Sim use. I will be fanatical with the lighting. I will not block your view with large dressers or mirrors or ill-placed staircases. I will not put in perpendicular walls that won't cut away just to make it look cool. I will not put a bump in your camera track with the CFE cheat just because I can. If a palm tree is in your way, it's because the moderators made me put it there...just rip it out.

I guess I better just shut up since I boolpropped 4 of my last lots. It was for good reasons tho, and they still play great :-)
