I'm a high school student who Sims in the precious few minutes between work, school, family, and various other grown-up stuff. And, as my stunted attention span permits, I like building starters and small homes.
Please do NOT upload my creations unchanged (or pathetically, minimally changed) to pay sites, and especially don't snag them to repost on the Exchange. Because that's a jackass thing to do, and Jesus doesn't approve of jackasses.
However: please feel free to use my lots and Sims in your own game, changing them as you please. I also don't mind if you repost to other free sites (except the Exchange), provided you link back to the original upload at MTS. If you use my lots in a story, or my Sims as models, please send me a link if you'd like because I would love to take a look!
REQUESTS! I will entertain requests for lots, if I feel it's something I can pull off and have the time for. Big sprawling mansions aren't what I enjoy, but if it's a starter or family home you're looking for I'll be happy to see what I can do. Look at my downloads for an idea of what I usually build.
