I'd like to announce the Grand Opening of my two new Sites!









I do have a policy for you to follow!

Here it goes....

The first rule is... NO EXCHANGE OR PAYSITE REDISTRIBUTION! This means in lots or on sims. It includes sites that are partial pay or donation. I want everything I create kept FREE! (if you pm me for permission, it will just get denied. So please don't take offense, it isn't you personally. ;)

Any of my walls / floors / terrains can be shared freely in lots, as long as you link back to the original thread they came from and GIVE ME CREDIT!!! **

Any build / buy mode item or recolors must have my permission to be included in a lot! PM me, it's ok, really. **

Any bodyshop items are not to be cloned / copied / mutilated or mangled! If you want permission to use them, then by all means PM me, but please keep in mind I may say no. (this includes taking my outfits or textures, face masks or makeup, and changing them in bodyshop for other genders or ages. Or pasting them on a skintone/outfit and claiming them as yours!) PM me for permission, I won't bite...well, maybe a nibble or two, LOL! **

Under no circumstances will I allow any of my skintones, textures, or anything I've created to be remade into Sims 3 items! Just don't go there.... :)
Do not post my careers or majors anywhere at all! No permission is given ever.

Do not clone / copy / mangle or mutilate my lots and upload them anywhere. No permission will be given ever.

**you will need to take a close look at each individual post for any exceptions to this policy. For example, the Borg are not allowed to be redistributed at all, parts included.

**and finally, please give me credit if you do use anything of mine, and a PM would be nice so I can see it too!

Do I accept requests?

Yes and no. Let me explain...

Yes...but bear in mind that I am currently working on a few requests and my own creations, so have patience! It may take awhile to get it done! If you cannot have patience, then you're out of luck. LOL

No....I will not redo any of my previous lots so that they will fit the expansions you have. You are definitely out of luck there. Use clean installer or give in to the peer pressure and buy that missing expansion! LOL
