The Williams Family : Budget - 65,000 - Linda and Joe are suffering from empty nest syndrome. The last of their 5 children has just moved out. So they have decided they really have no need for a big house anymore. Over the years, they have collected quite a bit of stuff, so they need lots of storage/display space (bookshelves, dressers, cabinets, etc.). They hate modern style furnishings.
