Ok, I've gone back over the feedback to check for copy and paste errors, and I'm 99% confidant that there aren't anymore. (Spelling and/or grammer errors my run rampant though) Phae and HL, PM sent to judge 1, will make any needed changes when I get them, but posting as is for now.
Sorry everyone, for the mess this rounds scores have been. I'm very frazzled lately and can barely keep track of my own head. Also working from my phone is a pain; copy, paste, sync to PC, edit on PC, sync back to phone, copy, paste, repeat. Very easy to screw something up along the way. That's also why I haven't edited the first post to include the links for the round 3 lots that have been submitted yet. I may get to that today, but I felt the scores were more important. Add in three kids and a house that sorely needs picked up and there you have the madness that is my life

Overall Design:
Judge 1: 9/10 - A very nice modern design but merged the country style in very well.
Judge 2: 9\10 - Simply lovely especially that outdoor landscaping. Edna sitting room looks wonderful
Judge 3: 9/10 - It's very nicely done. I don't think I like Lara much... Lara's tastes are almost sterile but it's nicely done. It's too bad you lost your terrain paints but my mind drew them in anyway... Edna's side seems much more comfortable.. I find it interesting that Lara has her patio table on Edna's side of the lot.
Family Needs:
Judge 1: 9/10 - The family should be rather happy with the house you have made.
Judge 2: 9.5/10 – I would have given Josh mother a TV. Apart from that great decoration
Judge 3: 10/10 - It's a good thing you waited for the double house lot for this family. Lara seems so very intolerant. I'd hate to live with her too.
Furniture/Room Placement:
Judge 1: 8/10 - The furniture could have been more evenly spread between the house. The single bedroom side seems to be much more decorated than the other side. Also the back yard could probably do with some grass instead of all pavement/floor covering.
Judge 2: 10/10 – Lovely.
Judge 3: 7/10 - the furnishings seem to go well with the various family members. I'm glad Edna has her own 'house'. I would have given Edna a small kitchen area in her home. There's room for it behind the staircase. Kitchen sink?

Overall Design:
Judge 1: 8/10 - This is nice to look at, however, it looks almost like a mixed styling. The concrete and brick combination do not work. I can't work out whether the exterior is modern or not (The roof shape isn't of modern style but you have modern stairs etc.). The interior however is very nice and meets the brief well.
Judge 2: 9\10 – The design looks okay, and I sure do love the outdoors. Interior is good also and I love Edna room
Judge 3:10/10 - I like that you've given Edna her own place with a little kitchen area and that wonderful garden. It's too bad that Lara didn't alot Edna more space to garden. That vast patio area would be terribly hot with the sun beating down on it. (Here in Idaho anyway) I also like the way that Edna had her little 'presence' in her son's house. The family is more humane that way.
Family Needs:
Judge 1: 9/10 - The family's needs have clearly been covered.
Judge 2: 10/10 – Well considered. I feel Edna will thank you a lot
Judge 3: 10/10 - The home suits the family's needs well.
Furniture/Room Placement:
Judge 1: 9/10 - Furniture has been spread out very well and no room appears to be too empty. Especially considering the budget.
Judge 2: 10/10 – Perfect to me
Judge 3: 10/10 Thank you for making a little kitchen area for Edna a little sink would have been good along with another chair for her visitors to have some tea.
Jones: -2 for no kitchen sink

Overall Design:
Judge 1: 9/10 - Love the beach style and how you've captured the scene very well.
Judge 2: 9\10 – I think the house looks wonderful. I like your beach theme, and landscaping. Love your colors too. Though this is a Sims game, I feel the concept of having two teens separate is a house is really funny. Do you think this is okay?. Still a good design
Judge 3: 10/10 - Well done beach house. Lovely interiors.
Family Needs:
Judge 1: 8/10 - You've covered the bio well however I wouldn't leave two 9 year old girls in an attached dwelling despite being on the same property.
Judge 2: 10/10 –Perfectly okay for what you have and just great
Judge 3: 9/10 It suits the family well however I'd really have the heebies with 9 year olds in their own house.
Furniture/Room Placement:
Judge 1: 9/10 - Furniture has been placed well with an effective layout suitable for the family.
Judge 2: 10/10 - Okay
Judge 3: 10/10 - YEA! A kitchen sink! I think it's kind of weird not to have living area type seating in the home but perhaps this family gathers at the table. I probably would ahve used a concrete terrain paint around the immediate vicinity of the pool You don't want sand clogging up the works.

Overall Design:
Judge 1: 9\10 - The design is nice, both inside and out with the beach theme.
Judge 2: 10\10 – The beach theme is lovely. Love everything about the house from wall color to decoration especially the outdoor landscaping.
Judge 3: 10/10 - I absolutely love the back yard layout! Well done! The interior colors are so very soothing. The use of space is very inviting. Well done!
Family Needs:
Judge 1: 8/10 - You've covered the family's needs effectively however the girls are only 9 and I wouldn't recommend letting them live in a separate dwelling to their parents.
Judge 2: 9/10 – I feel it’s great from what you did for the family with this regard. My concern was from real concept. Would parents feel happy ling two 9 year old all alone in a different house?
Judge 3: 9/10 - It suits the family well, even though i would not put 9 year olds in their own house alone especially when they become teenagers. And kids can destroy things in microwaves and burn the place down.
Furniture/Room Placement:
Judge 1: 8/10 - The layout is nice however the main kitchen appears to be too squishy for a family (despite having a second)
Judge 2: 10/10 – Simply lovely
Judge 3: 10/10 - Yea! a kitchen sink! You've done the kitchen well with the space allotted.
Budget: 10/10
Structural issues: 38/40 Almost this time, the windows on the front of the master bedroom were originally two 1-tiles centered on 2-tiles, so should have been replaced with two 2-tiles, you only have one. -Jones

Overall Design:
Judge 1: 8\10 - Very appealing modern look on the exterior (and interior for the couple) and the good job of incorporating Edna's country taste. The yard could do with a couple more trees.
Judge 2: 9\10 – Love the outdoor and your choice of wall colors. Just lovely
Judge 3: 10/10 - This house is very well done. I like the layout of the main living area and the outside garden.
Family Needs:
Judge 1: 9/10 - Family needs appear to have been well considered.
Judge 2: 9.5/10 – Looks okay to me. I guess Edna would cry for lack of a TV
Judge 3: 10/10 - It suits the family's needs well. I would have given Edna a little kitchen area so she could make tea or cookies. I like the fact that you haven't pushed Edna out. Just given her her own space but she's more than welcome to come into the other area.
Furniture/Room Placement:
Judge 1: 9/10 - Very nice furniture placement which would work very well for the family.
Judge 2: 10/10 – I thought that dining placement was going to be a problem until I tried it
Judge 3: 10/10 - I really like the way you furnished the kitchen and living area of the main home. Good use of the space. The garden is cute.
Budget: 10/10
Structural issues: 40/40

Overall Design:
Judge 1: 9\10 - Nice design inside and out with some interesting colour schemes used inside the house.
Judge 2: 9\10 – I like everything you did here, from the color choice to your furnishing, just that am not a fan of that back door fencing. Would have been lovely if you choose a fencing to complement the one diving the two houses.
Judge 3: 10/10 I love the sun and moon bedspread! Where did you get it? I like the decor throughout. The colors are nice. The contemporary areas are well done and Edna's 'country' living quarters are cheery.
Family Needs:
Judge 1: 9/10 - Family needs are clearly attended to with this house, especially by making the second dwelling a usable space (upstairs an down).
Judge 2: 10/10 – I think they will thank you a lot for what you did
Judge 3: 10/10 This lot fits the family's needs just fine.
Furniture/Room Placement:
Judge 1: 9/10 - Nice furniture placement to get optimum use out of this property.
Judge 2: 10/10 – Though you did a god job here, I feel that Edna bed would have been better closer to the wall and not where you placed it (Not a reason to dock a point)
Judge 3: 10/10 The arrangements are very nicely done.
Budget: 10/10
Structural issues: 40/40
Bonus: +5
Overall Design:
Judge 1: 8/10 - A nice design for the entire lot however I would have liked to see the use of a second wallpaper covering for the exteriors (the bricks are very boring and unrealistic when used for the entire house minus foundation.
Judge 2: 8\10 – The simple outdoor landscaping is good and I love the swimming. I just did not feel that choice of stone exterior wall. Though it looks fine I feel the house beauty was lost with it.
Judge 3: 10/10 Edna has a nice view of the garden area. Poor Josh! only 1 room... lol The chopped pool is an interesting idea. It's a nice backyard. I like the little pond in front I don't really care for the stone siding though....
Family Needs:
Judge 1: 8/10 - Only one floor plan supplied with very few pictures providing enough details (Use a wider angle for the shots and include a decent array of pics)
Judge 2: 9/10 – Looks okay to me. You need to have zoomed out images to show the indoors well rather than just close up images
Judge 3: 10/10 The double house lot is great for this family.
Furniture/Room Placement:
Judge 1:7/10 - Same deal with the point above (Not enough to look at). The furnishings inside appear to be at a minimal for bare functionality and not much more.
Judge 2: 10/10 – Okay to me
Judge 3: 10/10 The room layouts are fine. I thought it a bit odd to have the dining counter looking to the living area when there's no tv out there and the drawers face the living area but to each their own.
Budget: 10/10
Structural issues: 40/40
Bonus: +5
Overall Design:
Judge 1: 9\10 - The design for the entire lot is extremely well done. I love the combination of wall coverings used (The teal, grey and white have been put together very well).
Judge 2: 9.5\10 – From the exterior to the interior, I feel your layout. Color choices to me are okay and I love the choice for the interiors as well. I love Edna bathroom
Judge 3:10/10 I like the overall layout and decor. The master suite is very nice. The backyard is a pleasant place to lounge in. The outside siding is nice.
Family Needs:
Judge 1: 9/10 - The family's needs are well addressed.
Judge 2: 10/10 – I feel you got it right
Judge 3: 10/10 - This lot suits the family well.
Furniture/Room Placement:
Judge 1: 9/10 - The furniture appears to be placed effectively for convenient access for every family member. My only concern is for the kitchen counters which will require under-stair access.
Judge 2:10/10 – Okay to me.
Judge 3: 10/10 I think I like the split kitchen. It's a different way to use that awkward space and get some dining seating in there. Edna's bathroom is cute. I like the decor. Country without being fru-fru.. I don't really care for the living area arrangement for Edna. I think rearranging the kitchen area and moving the seating area closer to the fireplace would make better use of the space.
Budget: 10/10
Structural issues: 40/40
Bonus: +5
Overall Design:
Judge 1: 9\10 - An interesting combination of styles that work together quite well and aren't too bold.
Judge 2: 10\10 – Simply gorgeous and lovely.
Judge 3: 10/10 I really like the decor in this house. Well done! I like the front view and know you did something with the back - I can see glimpses of it through the windwos and doors but there are no pictures of the back yard.
Family Needs:
Judge 1: 9/10 - The family's needs appear to be addressed well with this lot.
Judge 2: 10/10 – I feel it from here and I can feel the family say thank you
Judge 3: 10/10 Good lot for this family.
Furniture/Room Placement:
Judge 1: 9/10 - The furniture and rooms are set out well and will allow for effective use.
Judge 2: 10/10 – I think they are well placed
Judge 3: Placement: 10/10 - Edna's little place is so cute and inviting! And you've given her her own litel kitchen, Well done! Nice kitchen. I hope the refrigerator is out of sight to the left of the stove? I like the staircase in Edna's house.
Budget: 10/10
Structural issues: 40/40
Bonus: +5
Overall Design:
Judge 1: 8\10 - This was a bold choice for the colouring on the exterior, however I don't think it has worked as effectively as it could have. The interior is certainly better though. A couple of trees would have finished off your landscaping well (You could have done with a few less flowers to get some extra cash).
Judge 2: 9\10 – I simply adore your outdoor landscaping and I also love your interior decorations. I have always like seeing those wall combinations in vertical forms rather that horizontal. But still a lovely home you have there
Judge 3: 10/10 Even though you jettisoned most of your yard it still looks very nice. I like Lara's kitchen
Family Needs:
Judge 1: 9/10 - The family needs appear to be considered effectively.
Judge 2: 9/10 – I think you did okay here, just that I was expecting more of the country feel for Edna side of the house
Judge 3: 10/10 good lot for the family
Furniture/Room Placement:
Judge 1: 8/10 - Furniture placement is nice but there isn't any bedside tables in the main bedroom. That's really a downfall for me.
Judge 2: 10/10 – Not a problem
Judge 3: 10/10 I like the layout and that you gave Edna her own kitchen area and seating for a visitor. However Edna's house seems a little contemporary rather than country.
Budget: 10/10
Structural issues: 40/40
Bonus: +5
Overall Design:
Judge 1: 9\10 - Exterior and interior design looks very nice and appealing. Large posters aren't my taste but I wouldn't score you bad because of that.
Judge 2: 9.5\10 –I love your three color combination of the exterior wall and the outdoor looks simple and okay to me. I love the main sitting room and love Edna side of the house
Judge 3: 10/10 Very nice lot. Well decorated. I like the backyard.
Family Needs:
Judge 1: 9/10 - The family's needs are covered quite well with this lot. No issues found yet.
Judge 2: 10/10 – I feel you considered their needs especially for Edna
Judge 3: 10/10 - the double house lot fits this family well,
Furniture/Room Placement:
Judge 1: 9/10 - The furniture and room placements have been carried out well.
Judge 2: 10/10 - Okay
Judge 3: 10/10 - Thanks for giving Edna her own kitchen. murder mysteries and wrestling? ... a well rounded lady Edna's haouse isn't particularly 'country' but it will do.
Budget: 10/10
Structural issues: 40/40
Bonus: +5
Overall Design:
Judge 1: 8\10 - The modern design is very effective whilst also incorporating the country taste of Edna. Not sure if I love wood for the bathroom floor.
Judge 2: 9\10 – I love everything about your house just that I kind of feel you could have used a brighter wall to complement that rock wall. Still a good job there. I like Edna side of the house and the exterior looks okay.
Judge 3: 10/10+ Gorgeous yard! You've decorated Lara's and Edna's area well to their tastes. Nice CC. I think this is the best Edna/versus/Lara decor out of this round.
Family Needs:
Judge 1: 9/10 - The family needs are addressed quite well with this lot.
Judge 2: 10/10 – I would say nicely done and well considered.
Judge 3: 10/10 good lot for this family
Furniture/Room Placement:
Judge 1: 9/10 - The furniture placement and layout will allow for a functioning space for the family to live in.
Judge 2: 10/10 – Simply okay
Judge 3: 10/10 + I especially like the way you divided Edna's living area. Nice and cozy. Edna's country style is well done. I really like Lara's kitchen/living and master bedroom.
Budget: 10/10
Structural issues: 40/40
Bonus: +5
Overall Design:
Judge 1: 9\10 - The design work is very nice. You have captured the style very well and has been well thought out.
Judge 2: 10\10 – Why do you keep doing this?. Am sure if we were in the medieval age, that house would be confiscated by the king
Judge 3: 10/10 + Very well done. I like the workshops and selling areas.
Family Needs:
Judge 1: 8/10 - This may not have been mentioned for your previous lot but moving a family back in time just doesn't work for me. Especially when on of the main house owners prefer the contemporary style.
Judge 2: 10/10 – Oh lalala
Judge 3: 10/10 suits the family well
Furniture/Room Placement:
Judge 1: 8/10 - At least you have a separate bathroom this time. I'm not a fan of the in bedroom bathroom facilities for Edna though.
Judge 2: 10/10 – Of course
Judge 3: 10/10 the workareas fit the home and era well
