For this round I've went with the Community Center. The style from round continues for the basic build, but I've taken a bit of the decor/furnishings from local community centers. I don't live in an area with lush, high end community buildings. I also live in a cold climate, so indoor pools are the norm.

I've chosen again to stick with no cc (walls/floors/defaults).
