Totoro's Treehouse
EPSCOT Community Park & Japanese Beer Garden
When you come in the entrance and follow the stream to the right, you will see the famed treehouse with a quiet garden area in the back corner.

If you turn left when entering the park, you'll see this garden area...
The above pictures show the front part of the lot - the kid's play area. This side of the bridge features playground equipment, public restrooms, a vending machine, and the treehouse. Up in the treehouse, you will find a couch, a panda-bear chair, bookcase, toy-box, TV, easel, and arcade game.
Once you cross the bridge, you're in the Adult area, featuring the bar and beer garden, dance floor, pool table, and quick service food stand. There is a small unisex bathroom tucked away behind the food stand.
A couple of night-time shots - despite the DJ upstairs and wild kids running everywhere, this park exudes calm. Find a bench, have a seat, listen to the quiet Japanese music playing subtly in the background and let your worries fade away...

I designed this lot to fulfill the 'Village Local' requirements - a watering hole for everyone. MUST HAVE - 1 bar, at least 4 chairs, beer garden. CAN INCLUDE - swingset, pool table, tv
I have included all the above plus a quick service food area, dance floor, vending machine, an arcade game, public restrooms, and lots of garden areas to sit and enjoy the ambiance.
There are 10 pictures because I have 2 floors. Right? I only used Build Mode CC (plus the always allowed WTF)
