Wagner’s Repose
I found this last entry quite difficult to finish as my remaining family for Round 4 is the Anderson-Millers who required a modern design. Wagner’s Repose is the least modern seeming lot out of the four rounds in my opinion. But I feel I managed to pull it off by using a simple white/gray/black color template, open floor plans, and a clean basic exterior. Using the Anderson-Miller family gave me a total budget of $161,091, of which I used $161,077, leaving me a mere $14 under budget. I want to make it known that the foundation was not modified. The decking around the main level was increased outwards by simply placing additional flooring and railing to create a more open wraparound deck.
