For our shack, Henry Winters brought us his design and instructed us to build his simple 1930's style shack after being inspired by the bumpy, "depressing," look of the lot, and the old appearance of the bricks. He personally chose the yellow and green tones of the inside and the flowers outside to brighten the place up. "Just because it looks depressing doesn't mean it can't be cheerful," is what he said... I wasn't sold completely on the green, but he's the boss. However, the original design had the bathtub in front of the toilet, but I put my foot down and gave it its own space. We used every brick we could get our hands on for the outside.
The rooms include one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen a little dining area, and living room . A fire alarm is provided for safety. This shack is ready to be moved into today. Final Price, $18,582
