Integrity Building Company brings you Vanilla Mansions. An older factory style building divided into three apartments or flats as we Brits like to call them Two of the flats are one bedroomed and the top flat has two. The ground floor flat has a garden (rear), the front garden is a communal space.

IBC managed to obtain enough kitchen fitments to do all the flats with the same units, cookers, fridges and sinks and also managed to procure the same bathroom fitments too! Each flat has been given a different colour scheme, blue, red and green. A job lot of lino, tiles and carpet was procured also.

The residents have already moved into the flats and have personalised them with their own choice of bedding and decorative items.
