Have employees with high cooking be the chef and make them constantly make things to sell. Make sure you make them wholesale or they wont sell. Also, you can cook for a loooonnnnggg time before you open your business. This will prevent you from running out of things to sell.

Im not sure but I think forever. Usually, people buy out all my stuff quick so i dont get time to see how long it lasts.
