What are your prices set at? You won't make any money if your expenses (i.e. restocks) are greater than your sales. |

You may also have too many talented employees. You pay their wages every hour, which comes straight out of your profits. Sell Big Ticket items like cars and hot tubs, and try getting family members involved by taking "multiple sims" to your community lot. You can avoid paying wages if you simply let family members take over all the jobs and send the employees home for the day. When the business gets higher rankings you will get more customers coming, which means more sales. Then you can afford to pay employees. And you can usually get away with average pricing. Cheap will end up costing you more to restock than you can get from selling until you get a good discount from business perks. |
