Eeep. I hope you were working with a copy of the FullBuild file, because you should never save over an original install file. Doing so results in having to reinstall before you can patch again.

Yup. Certainly was. I'm over-cautious, if anything; backups of just about everything. :P

Will this work for NPC clothing? And is there an updated version/is this version safe with recent patches?

It will work for all clothing, and all patches - but please note the big bold notice above the link .
