I'm having a strange problem while creating a world. It is the third world I work on, but I'm still a noob using the CAW tool, so I don't really know how the files work for it.

I had placed a lot of 64x64 and surrounded it with roads. I went on creating more lots nearby, but then I tried to delete this big lot and I couldn't even click on it. It was like it was stuck. As I moved around it, changing perspective, to view it from different sides, the lot would drop, and there was left a hole, and the lot at the bottom of this 'hole' (the lot wasn't placed on a hill or anything). I also tried to select it from the elements panel, on the left, but the lot wasn't on the list!
So I went to EIG, and that was alright. I got to delete the lot, but when I went back to CAW (and after saving changes in EIG), there was this whole area on which I can't do anything -no lots, roads, intersections, nothing! This is how you can see it:

I've painted the land to mark the limits of the area.
I have also restarted CAW, but it is still there

Try deleting the roads, hit it with the smooth tool to make the game recalculate, and then put the roads back. I've had this happen a few times, always within a square of roads.

If you look at your routing and it is oddly skewed, with lines crossing to the wrong dots, you can delete lots and roads out from the affected area and rebuild routing between changes. Once the routing in that area looks right, you should be able to rebuild.

Someone had a similar problem; it was solved by deleting some of the lots surrounding that area. It seems that something got glitched:

Maybe you could try that, remember to backup first in case it doesn't work!

Indeed, the lot that was causing this was the one at the bottom left. When I deleted it, the rest reappeared. I placed another lot on the same spot, but the problem kept coming back. The only way I've managed to keep it all in place is by not making the lot touch the roads :/

Thank you so much for your help!
