Looking at this:
Memory load: 97%
Total physical memory: 2047 Mb
Available physical memory: 41 Mb
Total page file memory: 3942 Mb
Available page file memory: 1812 Mb
Total virtual memory: 2047 Mb
Free virtual memory: 235 Mb

I strongly suggest you shut down some programs when running game, your computer is going on it's knees when running it, which might explain why game crash, your computer runs out of memory.
You could try increase the page-file (virtual memory), though since i run Windows 7 and you Windows XP and it was long time ago i used it, i can't tell you how to do that.

Might be related to that it runs out of memory or it could indicated one memory stick is faulty.

At what point does it crash? Is it repeatable, always at that particular point? Or random?
Have ruled out CC?
Do you have the Memory system still on or disabled?
What game version, and game(s)? etc etc...

Please work through the Crashing Checklist (see my signature for link), as that has all the questions and suggestions for you to try. If by the end of the FAQ, it is still crashing, then post back with all the information asked for.
