I'm sorry if this is in the wrong forums if so, but I want to upload something for the first time and the first time I got rejected, and one of the things was I had to small of pictures, so I guess the in-game camera is not good, and trying to screenshot is a bit worse. So any good programs for screenshotting that meets the size requirements of the uploading rules?

I wouldn't search for another program, the easiest thing to do would be adjust the screenshot resolution and size in game. However if you have a slow computer you will need to change these options back after taking your screenshots.

Visit my website where you can read all about the happenings in all my hoods including Reverse Pleasantview where all the inhabitants have swapped genders! >>>> Click Me!

I use Screenhunter for my picture-taking. It's a free program, although there is also a paid version that has more features...that aren't needed just for taking nice pics of a Sims games. There are many other similar screen-capturing programs out there if you do a Google search for one, and I would tend to recommend them over the game's camera, because a separate program is, IMO, more versatile and the quality ends up better.

I use Screenhunter because it has an option to just take a picture of the active window, which I like since I play the game in windowed mode. Not sure if others have that feature because I haven't looked It makes pics plenty big enough or MTS uploading purposes (As big as your active window or your entire desktop, however you set it up.) You can also adjust the quality of the images it captures. And, since it's a separate program, I don't have to mess around with the game's resolution and stuff, which I like. But really, in the end, it's a personal preference kind of thing.

Redmond Flats, my eleventy-th stab at a "Build A City" challenge. Unfortunately, I didn't keep up with documenting it. But you can find rules and tracking spreadsheets and stuff there.
For stuff what I've made, there's my LJ. There be downloads there, some of which aren't/won't be here on MTS.

Ah I see.. That's a nice recommendation, thanks! I now play in windows mode because of all the crap I do and such, and take pictures and stuff. And thanks again! Hopefully my house isn't rejected this time!

If you have Windows 7, you can just resize the photo to your liking.
