If you're referring to Dungeons & Dragons Online, then the system specs are here: http://www.ddo.com/getting-started/...em-requirements.

As for free-to-play MMO, off the top of my head I can name, Age of Conan, EverQuest II, Guild Wars & DC Universe Online.

AoC is however 18+ only so if you're not that forget I said anything. EverQuest II has been around a while so it's a bit dated, never tried it myself but I haven't heard bad things about it.
Guild Wars has been around a bit too, but doesn't look as dated as EQ2, I think you still need to buy the box though, but subscription is not needed.
DCUO, is completely different then the rest, it's not fantasy themed but based on the DC comic books, it's also more action orientated then most MMO games.
DCUO is the only one I've played myself (actuall still play) and I think it's a lot of fun.

You should be able to play it if you meet minimum specs, I was even able to play Rift on my old PC being somewhat below minimum specs.

You probably need to turn most if not all graphics options to low or off though, otherwise your frame rate will probably drop into the singular numbers. Only one way to really know and that is trying it
