My sims wont leave their lot for work unless i tell them to walk to the street in front of their house, then the street in front of their job, then walk them onto the lot their job/school is on, then tell them once again to go to work. they wont get into the carpool vehicle/schoolbus at all.

It's not just their jobs either, my sims wont enter any community lots, other sims houses, and when i go through all the steps I just mentioned to get them onto a lot besides the home lot, they wont leave unless i do the SAME EXACT THING to force them to come home. I've had to resort to using testingcheatsenabled true in order to teleport them from lot to lot. My game doesn't even act like there's any glitch, my sims just act like there's no clear path to where they're going.

Additionally, when sims are trapped on lots, the game starts freezing and unfreezing around every 15-45 seconds for around 15-45 seconds. music notes, plumbobs, and other animations keep going, but the time literally stops and sims are stuck in whatever position they were at until it starts up again.

This happens whether I use custom content or not, this happens no matter which world I use, or which save file I use. I'm using the latest patch, and i tried everything that this site says to do before posting a thread.

Tried replacing the Career RabbitHole with one default in-game Sim is working at on a vanilla configuration, no CC, on the default Sunset Valley? Still happening?
And this happens for ALL Sims in all Careers, at all levels and all kids in School?

Latest patch on Jul 9? Means you were on 1.34?
Does it still happen on 1.36? Vanilla settings too, of course.
