For some odd reason it would be Sword Art Online. Like dying would suck but able to be in a video game would be amazing in my opinion.

I haven't gotten into that much anime, but I'd have to say either Fruit Basket, or Rosario + Vampire.
Haven't watched their shows that much, but I've read all the books.
