I have WinZip. When I download items from her I get a picture of window picture. When I go to my game I can see the item I down loaded HELP!

Your WinZIP might be installed wrong and corrupted and most fan sites use rar or 7-zip

zip files usually don't show up as a window picture and there most be a file association mix up somewhere or the zip there using got corrupted is what I was thinking.
