"She has decided to leave Maxis to explore new opportunities" - oh dear. Pushed out then. TS4 must be struggling more than we thought.

That's really the question, isn't it -- what to fill Rachel's shoes with?

It's a question that, IMO, Mme Butterfly and her people are uniquely well equipped to answer. I wouldn't be surprised if they develop many more excellent suggestions than can properly be posted here.
