Default issues with maid and nanny
so does anyone elses maid/nanny just stand in a room for hours and not actually do anything???3
is there a mod or something to fix this'?

It is just like sims2, some of them are good and some are not. I have had Nannies stand and watch TV for hours. I fire them and hire another. some of them are very good and play with the toddlers and will teach them things when the toddler asks--potty help, and flash cards.
