Thin the nasal bridge just a bit. If you can leave the nostril width but make the nose tip a bit smaller, it would help. Eye shape and eyebrows look good to me. The sim has white / pale pink patches under her eyes. Is that the eyeshadow? Can you make it blend more with the skintone? Lips and eye color look spot on. Good work!

The only thing i can think of right now is rotate her eyebrows a little more so their inner corner will be closer to the eye socket. She is very pale. The skin is much better. Hair could be a bit more golden. Oh, I didn't see you had uploaded her. Good luck.
