I too am looking for the Blooms Base Transgender Mod. The site is down and I poked around on it through archive.org, but the downloads were no longer accessible. Does anyone still have this mod? Specifically, I'm looking for the slider and neck item to fix the "neck seam" issue. Thanks so much to anyone that might still have this mod and be willing to share.

You can find the slider for the neck and the neck fix inside a file that I prepared specifically for making transims.

I hope someone can fix the neck slider, because as of now it does not work well. Also, there should really be a neck fix for teenagers, but I don't know how to do it.
