Must Haves?
After being away from The Sims for a couple years I've reinstalled my games and realized how much I used custom content. Since I'm started from scratch again I was wondering what items/mods are "must haves" when you play your Sims. I'm more into building and decorating than raising Sim families. Any tips/advice/help would be appreciated.

My expansion packs are World Adventures, High-End Loft Stuff, Ambitions, Fast Lane Stuff, Late Night, and Pets.

Since you're starting fresh and planning to go on a cc downloading spree you'll probably need this:
http://nonasims.wordpress.com/2012/...-with-cc-magic/ (it's a very nifty program to help organize your cc, may need a bit of getting used to but it's worth it)

A few blogs I think correspond with your interest:
http://lis0.tumblr.com/ (she has few downloads but a very great taste and she makes compilation of great cc by categories like beds, lamps, clutters, etc)
http://gelinagelina.tumblr.com/ (amazing furniture)
http://marcussims91.tumblr.com/ (again great furniture inspired by real life designers like Tolix Marais and Harry Bertoia)
http://bluehoppersimming.tumblr.com/ (also great interior design)
http://baufive.tumblr.com/
http://www.aroundthesims3.com/ (sandy makes wonderful high quality stuff and is very organized, must haves)
http://martinessimblr.tumblr.com/ (she is super at decorating, not as updated, but her old stuff is pretty great)
