Okay, I tried my damndest to search for how to make a vampire because I can't figure it out and none of my search results found me anything...

How do I make a vampire? I have my sim CRUSHING on the lady vampire and I'm not getting any option to have her bite his neck, or do I just have to wait? And does it have to be the lady vampire for a male sim or was I not wasting my time to befriend the male vampire?

A playable Sim can't make a vampire to bite him and from my experience only Grand Vampire bites other Sims autonomously. Your Sim would have to hang out in Downtown rather often to make it happen.

Another option is to make other playable Sim to Influence the lady vampire to bite your Sim, there will be such an option under Influence and it's worth 2000 influence points, if I'm not mistaken.

If you intend on waiting for the Grand Vampire to bite your Sim, then you might want to download a mod that increases the chances of him appearing more often on community lots. Squinge has one -

And it might be a coincidence, but I also noticed that once I downloaded ChristianLov's VampireHungerUpByBite mod (http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=287983), combined with Squinge's mod (I use the one that increases the appearance by 75%), not only a Grand Vampire appears at any Downtown club I send my Sims to, but the first thing he does is to bite a Sim or two, even playables! Two Sims were on a date and he first turn a date into a vampire and then my playable Sim. Luckily the date wasn't ruined.

You could use the cheats to make the vampire selectable to bite your sim.. Thats what I usually do to make vampires
