This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, University Life, Island Paradise, Into the Future
Default Transparent line/wave on my screen while in game?
I've recently started playing TS3 again and after the help from some lovely people, my game actually managed to start up!
However, when i am playing their is a transparent line that goes down my screen like a wave. I've read about this several times but haven't found any solutions yet. Anyone have any recommendations? Thankyou in advance!

I think there are 3 possibilities that causing to happened in TS3 since you have Win 10 as your OS;

1. You didn't install the proper driver for your graphic card compatible Win 10 or in other words you're running Win 10 default drivers for your graphic.
2. You may need to install the .Net3FX (.Net3.5 included) for Win 10 before installing or reinstalling the proper driver compatible for Win10.
3. If #1 & #2 are not the case, AMD Radeon HD 7900 Series that you put in the GraphicCard.sgr to make TS3 recognized your graphic card, is above or higher rank video card compares to your AMD Radeon R9 200 Series, you need to put the one in the same class/rank as your AMD Radeon R9 200 Series in the GraphicCard.sgr

And last thing to check, you also need to determine what R9 200 series you have, maybe it's an R9 270 or 280 I don't know, but to make sure you have the proper driver running for Win 10, go to your Device Manager, if it says R9 270 or 280 or 2XX rather than just "R9 200 Series" then you have the proper driver installed for your OS, but if it says AMD Radeon R9 200 Series, that may be you don't have the proper driver installed so your OS didn't know your exact type of video card you have.

Here is an example of screenshot if Device Manager recognized the display adapters installed, it said "Intel HD 4000" instead just "Intel HD", and "Nvidia GT610M" instead just "Nvidia GT600 Series"

Sorry for the late reply, i haven't had time to try and sort this out for days. It doesn't happen when the camera is stationary as it only happens if i was to press an arrow key to move the screen. When i do that there is one transparent line (as in i can still see part of the game through it although it is quite thin. It also has the effect when a straw refracts in water as the part of the game screen that is behind the line, refracts a little which causes the wave as it travels down the screen) and travels all the way down my screen. When the line has reached the bottom, another line will start from the top and once again travel down to the bottom. There is only ever one of those weird lines on the screen at a time.
