Default 4 Family Limit in Apartment
(I thought I posted this already but the computer must have ate it)

I understand that Apartments will have a limit of 4 playable families. But what happens if a building has more than four apartments? Are they filled with townies or stand empty?

They will be filled with Townies, probably from the social group that "fits" the apartment building.
