'Good skins' are more of an opinion than a set list. There are a lot of great skins out there, but it all depends on your playstyle. You can find a bunch of skins on MS3B, and on here, MTS. I personally have been using the Mango Smoothie + Mango Yogurt skinblends lately. They're very simple. A few others I like are:
Party Poison - also very simple
Fresh Asia + Weak Asia - a very popular choice
Sugar & Spice
& Everything Nice - the berry version of Sugar & Spice
Strangeness & Charm - the details are minimal, but look great wherever they are
Blood Drinkers - my favourite unnatural skin
