I don't know of a Mac version. The issue is not the tutorial, though, but the tools. Postal might or might not be able to handle current script resources in packages.

It may be possible to run both S3PE and ILSpy using Mono, though. The big issue is actually de-/recompiling the assemblies to IL, though. ILASM and ILDASM are native Windows apps, so you won't be able to run those. I don't know whether there are alternatives for Mac.
