This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Late Night, Pets, Supernatural, University Life, Island Paradise, Into the Future
Default Toddler not aging up.
I have this family in Appaloosa plains and the two daughters just aged to Adults but little Jasmine just won't age! I have used the cake as well. I have got the long lifespan on tho but the older 2 are adults. she is still a toddler.

Did you try to "testingcheatsenabled true" then shift click the toddler to "trigger age transition"? You could always do the same but go into CAS with her to change her age that way.

This isn't going to be fixable without some NRaas Mods like ErrorTrap,Overwatch,Master Controller, DebugEnabler and story progression so you can MC reset the toddler and see if it fixes the aging.
