WCIF either a empty and very large world or a large world with all community lots and rabbit holes?

(i have all expansions)

Edit: thanks I gave it a try but not quite what I am looking for. would like something that fits all expansions. for example islands.

Have you tried St. Claire? It's admittedly well-known and admittedly doesn't have every single rabbithole and community lot but it has all of them up to Seasons and Supernatural. Plus it has plenty of small, medium, and large sized empty lots where you can put premade community lots and rabbit holes. I use St. Claire and have put all the store lots in it. It's quite large and also very beautiful and well made.
