What is a mesh
Hi, I've been using the sims 2 for quite a while and I am at a total loss to what this is.   :fallen:
It goes by the name of:
MESH
Could people please tell me what this is and what is it used for. It would be a grate help.
Thank you

A mesh is the 3D wireframe object that you see without texture. (more or less)

I hate to say i but you'll probably get banned now. No one under 13 is allowed on MTS2.

You can download the free Maya PLE (personal learning editon) from Maya.com

Find some free tutorials at 3dbuzz.com

You will eventually need something other than the PLE, but it is very good for learning. Professionals pay several thousands of dollars for Maya full version, and the PLE is pretty much the same, but you can't export.

you should try using milkshape instead...it only costs about $30 for the full version (so you can export, etc). you can download the trial version here: http://www.swissquake.ch/chumbalum-soft/
