There was a hacked wardrove that allowed to buy new clothes and change the appearance of any sim, either living in the lot or townie (specially townies, as the idea is to customize them). It was a hacked version of the clothes rack used to buy clothes in community lots. In the case of new clothes, it used the buy new clothes interface, and then the wardrove interface to select it and wear it. To change appearance, it used the Cosmetic Surgeon career reward interface (to modify the shape of the face) and then the mirror interface (to select hair, glasses and other minor details). Do you remember wich was the name of that hacked object?

Sounds a bit like the "clothing tool" by Pescaso at MATY, but this one looks like the the pile of clothes from when sims buy clothes.
