Hmmm... I placed the file as it is supposed to and yet I cannot see fire, fairy wings and certain insects... My game is updated to the latest patch and everything seems about right.. Any clue why this may be???

Thanks I have been looking for this for ages.

This is a great mod thanks . However I feel I should let you know that when searching for more mods recently I came across a link on my search that claimed to be a website for the sims3 mods however when you click the link it downloads a programme of sorts that seems to alter the code for the no mosaic mod and renders it otherwise useless. Unfortunately there is no for me to name this link as it seemed to vanish after it downloaded the programme :/ . I know this all sounds a bit far fetch but I feel the need to stress it is true, especially now that I am realizing that the only way for me to undo this is to rest my entire computer and re-install all of my sims games losing all progress and my buildings that took me hours if not days to complete. I just thought that I should give all users of this mod and velocitygrass a fair warning that someone out there has been shitty enough to ruin this mod on whim.

This doesn't work on Steam or windows 8.

Hey velocitygrass i have been using your mod for a minute now and all of a sudden i can not see any effects like from the club machine that does the fog i cant see that and i reinstalled your mod and everything still nothing any help please

It doesn't work on 1.67 ;(
