need an answer - apartments in sims3?
hi Simmers,

I am in turmoil over whether to play the sims3 or 2. I am hugely disappointed in the sims3, but because of the amazing graphics of it i no longer feel at home in the sims2. yes, i am hooked, dammit! my question is, can you build a WORKING apartment in TS3? because i was thinking, we cant have pets and seasons, so a great amount of the joy is gone for me, so can i build apartments at least?

Will this mod allow me too put inactive sims in thier own apartments or doea this mean all of the sims living in the apartment building will be active sims (meaning Can I have only 1 Sim to play with & the rest be npc's ?!)
