Default You Are Stuck on A Deserted Island...
You are washed ashore a lush deserted island with plenty of boxes of food and water and fishing/hunting/cooking stuff to keep you alive.

There is no chance of ever being rescued.

What and/or Who did you save from the ship and why?

Keep adding to your list as you think of more "can't live without" items.

I'll start:

-My bookcase with all of my favorite books to keep me entertained
-A Kerosene lamp that never dies so I can read well into the night
-Plenty of paper and writing utensils so I can write new books to keep me entertained
-All of my hair care utensils and a lifetime supply of shampoo/conditioner because healthy hair is important to me

-My bookshelf including each and every book that I own. Can it be a magical bookshelf that replenishes itself with new books according to my literary taste ?
-A laptop containing all of my written work and enough memory that I can write more.
-An excellent camera and a telephoto lens. No sense being in the tropics without being able to photograph it.
-Who was on the ship? I'll say Chris Pine, so that I never get romantically lonely and we can repopulate the island .

Do I dare disturb the universe?

I like the way you think Rabid! I am adding Robert Pattinson to my list just so I have someone gorgeous to look at, talk to and....>ahem< with.

All of my nail polish and pedicure supplies.
several male and female dogs in my favorite breed so I always have a pet
a jeep with unlimited petrol so I can check out the hood in comfort

A few more.

-A magical closet that produces new clothing based on my style. I like to look good, even when tromping around in the jungle .
-Birth control. As adorable as they would be, I don't want to be raising ten of me and Chris Pine's babies. Three is where I draw the line.
-SPF 50, at least. I sunburn so bad that it's not even funny.
-Aloe vera, because it's inevitable that I will get sunburned no matter what I do to prevent it.
