I have sims 3 game versionn 1.0.6 base game and am planning to update to 1.15 that is the bandwidth I have. I would like to know whether nraas porn career, cmar penis control work with patch 1.15. Plz help me...

I don't think that that these mods will work with a patch level that old. As far as I remember NRaas didn't even exist back then, or at least the mods that we know now didn't. And you will need the mod that is built with the same patch version as yours. Is the patch 1.15 file really so much smaller than the current 1.67 patch?

Yes 1.15 is roughly 300 mb. But 1.67 is 1.66GB.
