The highest game-development power of Sims 3
Not sure if something that should be asked here but do you guys know who has(or had) the biggest say in the sims 3 game development - such as coding - as in how the game should work. Is it Graham Nardone? Or someone else?

Yeah, I was thinking that he might not be the one, knowing what he does, so that's why I'm trying to find out if it's possible
