I have been here quite awhile and never posted. I love all the content here and have downloaded a lot in the life of a Sim. I am not sure if this is the right place to post.

I have looked EVERYWHERE and I can't find a residential (or commercial) lot with several houses. I remember downloading one for either TS2 or TS3. I think it was a bakery shop, floral shop and something else. Even if I can find a commercial one, I can zone it as residential then strip it down. I'm going to attempt to create this. For a business, it would be great because I can separate the bakery and art gallery (maybe even a garden/fruit/veggie shop too) then have the Owner's quarter in the basement. I'd prefer not to have a 2nd level-- just 1st floor and maybe basement to start. Building can be done up if needed. I just love the idea of a lot with 2-4 little houses sitting on it.

BACK STORY: I want my family of sims (currently 6) to have separated "homes" with a basement in common. I have a married couple with 2 toddlers, 1 baby and they live with the wife's Vampire sister. The Vampire sister is going to try for twins when she finds a willing man! They already have a butler since raising three little ones is difficult! Dad and Sis work, Mom is a self employed painter & gardener. I like the EA door locks but hate I can't lock the babies in. I don't want them running out of the front door and I want to allow visitors in. The door lock that was here is broken but worked great until i updated. Access would be from the basement and I can lock the doors to all but one house. We really need child gates, lol!

Also, any places where I can find cute toddler hair & clothes (ethnic?) would be great. EA doesn't have a great selection (downright horrid) and I haven't seen much here. I did find some at Ebonix wix site though.

Hi Taj, I'm mostly a lurker too and now coming out more often because of the WCIF section
Firstly, I think you need to update your game because lot and CC will not show if they are created after your patch date (if I remember correctly, the toddler patch happened quite long ago). I am not sure about the style you want the lot to be, modern or gothic/vampiric... and most important, CC or not. It is hard to find one with only first level and basement though, most builders like to add dimension to the lot with at least 2 levels. A YouTuber called DevonBumpkin (you can look them up on the gallery) has one lot that seems to have one that fits your low level retail/residential and farmer garden/art gallery needs, you can view her house tour here https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_...4&v=5Inm47xUTD4

If you are playing in Windenburg, maybe you will be interested in this lot by Frau Engel, it looks medievally epic and will blend in the tudor architecture there easily but requires lots of CC (which is included in the download package).
