So. I'm an absolute, complete newb to creating mods, and the sims in general. and i've decided to jump in headfirst by making my first mod a lifestate(?) mod.
. .. . i know. im a dumbass and i need to work on easier projects but I actually have a reason, i swear. I'm doing it to make a world for my friends. does anyone have any tips about where to start editing? I'm assuming we would start by going into the occult xml or something ? ?? ? ? ?? really one tutorial i was able to dig up was old and incomplete ;;;;;; if you can even help me find any good tutorials to start off with i would be very, very grateful.
