This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, University Life, Island Paradise, Into the Future
Default main menu and loading screen
at main menu and on the loading screen the picture of my house has gone the sims picture is there its loads ok but what do I do to fix it

Do your Sims have a tent and have you stored it in a chest? If so, take it out of the chest and save again to see if your house shows up again.

I'll also move this thread into TS3 Help.

I have had this problem in the past. I didn't have a tent stored in a chest but it did it quite often. I read on another site that it's from using the teleporting via the testingcheatsenabled cheat so I stopped doing it and I haven't had the problem since!
