Default Suburban house shells
I doubt there are, but I thought I would ask. I know there are business building shells and apartment building shells but I was wondering if anyone had come across any suburban house shells. Hoping to "fill up" a suburban area in my game. Thanks for looking.

If I understand this correctly you just want places to fill up space without having to build them yourself? If so you can drop in homes from the bin, or download and drop some in. It takes a bit of time but it's the easiest way I know.

If you're looking for a subdivision look where all the houses look similar, you can try this:

Here's some other links for homes for your sims. Generally I find that if I download a bunch of lots by the same creator, often at least some of them look similar enough to be a subdivision.

Not quite what I was after. I was trying to lower the amount of lots by putting house shells in through World editor.
Thank you anyway.

I remember Tj Streak having suburban house shells on his blog but he's gone from Sims 3 arena and the blog is deleted. According to this page... https://forums.thesims.com/en_US/di...jstreak-objects ...the NY world CC includes his deco buildings in a merged package. I don't know if there's any of those suburban houses there but maybe you would like to take look anyway: http://www.mediafire.com/file/exqn3...tom+Content.rar

In addition to TJ Streak's deco houses there are some 4 to 3 conversions over at Around The Sims 3 . Some of those are brown stones. When installed these will show up in Build>World Editor>Landmarks

Monsooncreations also has some world editor buildings that could be used in a suburban setting.

One of TJ´s forums is still up:

Not sure if it´s all his creations, but definitely tons of them...the suburban buildings included (single files)!
