This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, University Life, Island Paradise
Default Barn Doors Vanishing - see pictures
Hey, Whenever I try and place barn doors, as soon as I go into live mode, they vanish! Like this:

Sims can still walk through them though:

And back in build mode they are still invisible, nor selectable, nor pick-upable; you need to destroy the wall and then rebuild and place another door - for it to then vanish again.


What am I doing wrong please? I've tried both doors single and double. Same thing.

Did you use moveobjects on? The barn doors need a few tiles either side of them if I remember correctly, so your stairs may be too close.

No - that's why I'm a little miffed. I let them be placed natural like.
I'll have a mooch and a route change, see what happens.

No - Pets ones.
I moved the stairs and the single 2-storey door seems to be sticking there. Fingers crossed!
