Hi, I will tell you that a while ago I downloaded the version of The Sims 2 that comes with ALL the expansions... Well... I started a family with two teenagers (bf and gf) and their parents (the girl's mom and the boy's dad) who then established a relationship... After that i sent the teenagers to the university but now i haven't romantic interation between them and i don't know what to do :C i want to this two sims be in a romantic relationship.. hope someone can help me... and sorry for my english...

Did the girl's mum and the boys Dad get married? If so that's your problem. It makes them family-by-marriage, and thus no more romantic interactions.

I think you should be able to break the family tie of the two young people with the sim blender. It's a very handy modded object to have.
You can pretty much tweak or mod sims into whatever you want without starting over, except maybe for OFB business rankings.

For the Blender it is under the family tad, I think.

The sim blender is here: http://www.simbology.com/smf/index.php?topic=20.0 It looks like potted plant in the buy catalogue. Have your sim click on it and go like marka said I think it's under the family tab. There you can set them as non family and the family ties will be gone.

I thought family by marriage didn't exclude romance in TS2?

Not for Mom and Dad, but for the children it might. They're stepsiblings as soon as Mom and Dad get married, so I'd expect the game to treat them as full siblings (meaning that they're off-limits to those romantic interactions, which would be incestuous in their case). Half-siblings get the same treatment as full siblings too, as I myself have confirmed; your Simmy teenager will never get a Flirt menu for interacting with his half-sister, and he's limited to Friendly Hugs and Family Kisses. The things you discover while you're trying to satisfy a "Pull a Prank on Someone" Want....

(I've also found that Family Kisses will satisfy the "Kiss" or "Be Kissed" Wants that Romance Sims roll up so often, curiously enough. Considering what Romance Sims are after, that's maybe just a bit...weird.)

For the lurker that sees this question and wants the answer for it - you might want to read the game guides here, which will guide you through the installation of custom content, as well as getting it to show up in your game.

Another way to get around it is if the teens/adults got married before their parents did. Though I could be wrong, I haven't set up that kind of storyline for about 6 years.
