This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default Groups.cache
So i do not do it again wot can calls Groups.cache to be corrupt?

We don't really know, it just happens sometimes. Deleting is perfectly safe, so just do that every now and then.
What I lack in decorum, I make up for with an absence of tact.

If you have a lot of cc it pays to delete the groups and accessory cache every time before you load your game.
