Hi this is my first time posting on the forum here, been a player of the Sims franchise for a long time now, though. I've searched in the downloads for the sims 2 but I can't really find an American style main street lot that I can download for my town/neighbourhood. I've been dying for one that someone else has maybe created because my attempts don't seem to have that realistic flair or detail everyone else seems to be able to do in making lots on here, so if someone has one available or there's a file floating around I'd love to download it asap. Might even post screenshots of the ones I've made so far, just to see people's opinions. If there isn't a lot available for download can anyone point me in the direction for some files that have certain details I can add, such as cornices, brickwork, windows, etc. Much appreciated.

At the risk of looking arrogant through shameless self promotion, I've made a couple that sort of fit the bill as well... my Kingsman Tailors lot (for a more upscale version) or my Dead End Tenements for a much more rundown main street. These are residential and apartment lots (though Kingsman is set up as a home business), so it might not be quite the commercial vibe you're looking for, but just from an architectural standpoint, there might be some ideas to be had there...
