This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets
Default custom content installation error
i have a "The Sims 3 Custom Content" file that contains the house or CAS files. look at the attached pictures to see my errors.

please help!

Ah, for some reason the Sim3Pack files are not associated with your Sims game. If you right click on the file, see if you can get an "open with....." option. Then choose the Sims3 launcher (program files/EA/sims3/most recent EP or SP you have, the launcher should be in there. However, you might not have that option, as your OS thinks the file is an executable file. You could try CCleaner and run a registry repair. That might fix the broken file association. Others here may have a more direct solution to the problem. Good luck.

More direct would be to put the sims3pack(s) to install in the "Downloads" folder then launch the launcher, select the items you've just put in the downloads folder and click install.
