Hi JeffT250, I think there are some points which you should note:
1. Modding Discussion is for game file modification, not custom content (ie this sub-forum is for CREATION of mods, not PRESENTATION of mods).
2. Go to Creator Feedback for your purpose, but that sub-forum is not for final file submission as well. Use the "Create --> Upload Items".
3. Your details about the file are unclear. How do they look like? Are there any bugs? No one will download unless you tell them what's inside.
