This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, Pets, Supernatural
Default Packages not working!
All of my custom content works, but I just cant download packages. Please Help! I have a mac!

I think we need a few more details about why you can't download packages. What happens? Do they never get to your computer? Do they arrive, but you can't open the zip or rar? Or do you extract them and then don't see them in the game?

If it's the third one, packages don't work the way a sims3pack does. The launcher doesn't even see them, so they don't appear in the launcher even when they are in the game.
